Replacement Inner Eye Pillow Bag.

This is a replacement inner bag only, no outer cover will be supplied.

Filled with dried French lavender and chamomile to promote an overall feeling of relaxation, calmness and, sleep, relieve stress and anxiety. They are gently weighted with buckwheat hull and linseed (flax) to allow the pillow to contour to the eyes and forehead.

Organic Dried French Lavender, Organic Chamomile, Organic Buckwheat hull, Organic Linseed (flax)

Usage: To end Yoga practice, Meditation, and massage. To Relax tired eyes, alleviate puffiness, Aid with Sleep and help release tension from headaches Eye Pillow can also be used as a cold compress.

Place Eye Pillow in the freezer in a sealable bag freezer-proof container with a lid to chill, 30-60 minutes before use. It can also be warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds to help soothe tired eyes.

The heating time will vary depending on the wattage of your appliance. If using a lower wattage, you may need to heat for longer, increase the time by 10-second intervals in order to judge the heat. (Please test temperature before placing directly on face).

Make sure the eye pillow is flat and not folded over on a clean surface. Place a small bowl of water in the microwave with the inner bag to help keep it moist and prevent grain from drying out or gently heat on a radiator.

Care instructions: Do not wash the inner bag containing the grains this will cause damage.

Over time to enhance the smell massage bag with your fingers to release the scent once fade.
