Nineteen69 Relaxing eye pillow and scrunchie is made from 100% cotton and make a great gift for a yoga lover, friends and new mums and dads.

The gift set includes eye pillows filled with dried French Lavender and Chamomile to promote an overall feeling of relaxation, calmness and, sleep, relieve stress and anxiety.

They are gently weighted with buckwheat hull and linseed (flax) to allow the pillow to contour to the eyes and forehead providing gentle pressure to the eyelids and stimulating the vagus nerve. When the vagus nerve is stimulated, we can regulate our mood, help us to relax deeply, lowering heart rate plus puts the mind and body at rest.

The removable outer cover is washable and made with 100% cotton. Pattern may vary slightly depending on where the fabric has been cut to make each eye pillow.

The eye pillows can also be used as a cold compress. Place the Eye Pillow in a freezer in a sealable bag or freezer-proof container with a lid to chill, 30-60 minutes before use. It can also be warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds to help soothe tired eyes.

The heating time will vary depending on the wattage of your appliance. If using a lower wattage, you may need to heat for longer, increase the time by 10-second intervals in order to judge the heat. (Please test temperature before placing directly on face).

Make sure the eye pillow is flat and not folded over on a clean surface. Place a small bowl of water in the microwave with the inner bag to help keep it moist and prevent grain from drying out or gently heat on the radiator.

Care instructions: Outer cover is removable and washable. Remove the pillowcase and hand wash or use a gentle cycle of 30 degrees celsius then air dry. Do not wash the inner bag containing the grains this will cause damage.

Over time to enhance the smell massage bag with your fingers to release the scent once it's faded.
