What kind of packaging do you use?
To minimise the environmental impact, we aim to ship all orders in packaging that is either recyclable or biodegradable.
How long to ship my order?
Orders are shipped 3 -5 days after purchase, as my production time is specific to each item, generally they are 3 days for hair accessories, lavender bag/ eye pillows and five days for belts and bags.
How do I place an order on your site?
Decide how you want to pay.in full by credit/debit.
Browse and shop for items by navigating the website using the navigation bar at the top of each page. This includes access to search, shopping bag.
To view a product, simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes. Then simply select an item/size, at which point I will let you know if the item is sold out then and “Add to Bag” to buy item.
Once you have added all your items to your bag, you simply need to click ‘Checkout’ and follow the steps.
Can I make changes to my order?
Customer can cancel during checkout process, but please contact me at office@nineteen69.uk if you would like to make any changes before you receive your dispatched notification email.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped, you may request an order cancellation within 3 days of purchase by emailing office@nineteen69.uk with your order details and your money will be refunded.
How can I track my order?
After shipping a tracking number will be emailed to you, it may end up in your junk/spam. If you have trouble finding the tracking details, I will resend, just message me.

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
Will my personal details stay safe?
Customer details are processed in accordance with local law and Nineteen69 will never sell them on to third parties. Confidential information such as your address and credit card details will only be used to fulfil your order. Your card details are verified automatically online by Stripe payments.

How many times will my scrunchie wrap around my hair?
Depending on the thickness of your hair, you can expect Nineteen69 Scrunchies to wrap around approximately 1 -2 times.
My product looks a bit different from the pictures?
I try my best to keep my pictures on my website as accurate as possible. However, upon receipt due to variations in the fabric print each item may look slightly different and colours can vary slightly in different lighting.
The product that I wanted is sold out! When will it be back in stock?
Restock times are largely dependent on the availability of the specific fabric. I source my material locally from many different suppliers, and sometimes I buy their remaining stock of a particular fabric. Sometimes these fabrics come back in stock and sometimes they don’t.
